SASHA

Staffie:  age 1 year

Sasha is a sweet lass. She is quite shy and timid but she is good with adults, older children and with most other dogs.  Sasha would make a lovely family pet.

CHARLI

Labrador/Boxer cross:  age 4 years

Charli is a clever, bright and alert dog who is good with children.  Charli is extremely loving and gentle.  She would be best suited as an only pet and would make a wonderful companion for any family.

ROSIE

Staffie cross:  age 1 year

Rosie is a tiny, sweet little bundle of fun who you just want to cuddle!  She is very gentle and playful, and enjoys the company of other dogs.  Rosie loves people, including children and would be a lovely addition to any family.

TESS

Rottweiler: age 1 year

Tess is a gentle giant!  She is a little timid but she is a really sweet, lovely girl.  Tess gets on well with other dogs although she is not so keen on cats.  She would love to be in a family with older children.

GERI

Collie cross:  age 2 years

Geri is a lively, energetic and playful girl who enjoys to run around in the garden and loves her toys.  She is house trained and is very clean around the home.  She quickly forms a deep bond with her carers and is very affectionate and loving.  Geri will sit and 'give a paw' when asked although she needs further training on the lead.  However, she is extremely intelligent and loves her treats so she will quickly learn, with kindness and encouragement.  Geri gets on with other dogs (and may benefit from the companionship of a calm dog to help build her confidence), but she does not like cats. Geri has been through a really bad time in the past and easily becomes anxious.  She needs a very gentle and understanding family, without children, who will give her a settled routine and time to feel reassured.  Geri would thrive in a quiet and peaceful rural home where she can feel relaxed and blossom into a happy and confident dog. 

KIZZY

Labrador cross:  age 1 year

Kizzy is such a sweet girl.  She is a very loving and affectionate dog.  Kizzy is a little timid as she has been through a bad time in the past.  She would suit a family with older children as an only pet.

CLEO

German Shepherd:  age 3 years

Cleo is a wonderful lass who is very gentle.  Poor Cleo arrived at Three Counties looking extremely thin.  Cleo is very nervous and has obviously been treated badly in the past.  However, she has a lovely temperament and she gets on well with other dogs and people of all ages, including children.  Cleo needs a very gentle, loving home with an understanding family who can build her confidence.

LOTTIE

Staffie:  age 2 years

Lottie is a lovely sweet natured young girl.  She enjoys everyone's company - adults and children alike, and would easily settle with any family.  She would be best suited as an only pet.

JESSIE

German Shepherd:  age 3 years

Jessie is very friendly.  She is quite small for her breed.  Jessie gets on well with people and other dogs.  She would love to be in a family with older children.

HAZEL

Border Collie:  age 10 months

Hazel is a beautiful tri-coloured long haired collie.  She came to Three Counties due to her previous owner's health problems.  She is a little timid but she is very friendly.  Hazel has lots of energy and would do well in 'agility'. Hazel gets on well with adults, older children and male dogs.  She would make a lovely  pet for an active family.

MONA

Greyhound:  18 months

Mona has a lovely nature.  She is very affectionate and likes adults, children and other dogs.  Mona cannot be re-homed with cats.  She would make a fantastic family pet.
